12bajee Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

1. Introduction & General Information

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 12bajee platform, including its website and mobile app. This agreement between the operating company of 12bajee and the member takes legal effect from the moment of account registration.

By using 12bajee's services, a member is considered to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

12bajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, and the revision date will be updated at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with 12bajee, the following conditions must be met:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The information provided at registration (name, phone number, date of birth) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.
• Passwords and login credentials must be kept confidential. The member is solely responsible if this information is compromised.

12bajee reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be suspended for verification and identity documents may be requested.

3. Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply when placing bets at 12bajee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 12bajee itself voids the relevant market.
• Odds displayed on the website may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• The minimum single bet is ৳20 and the maximum is determined by the specific market and bet type.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 12bajee reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds, even if the bet resulted in a win.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on both sides of the same match, either personally or through an associate, to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

The payment terms and conditions at 12bajee are as follows:

• Minimum deposit is ৳50. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum per single withdrawal is ৳50,000, with a daily limit of ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold for suspicious transactions, and additional information may be requested.
• 12bajee does not charge any handling fees for payment processing. Any charges applied by mobile banking operators are outside of 12bajee's control.

If an account has had no activity for more than 180 days and the balance is at zero, 12bajee may mark the account as inactive. If there is a remaining balance, the member will be notified in advance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Vouchers

All bonus and promotional offers at 12bajee come with their own terms, which are detailed on each offer's page. The general rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering (bet turnover) requirement must be met. This requirement is stated separately for each offer.
• Bonus validity periods are typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the offer.
• Abusing bonus offers or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited.
• Voucher codes have their own expiry dates and each code can only be used once.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

12bajee is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, macros, or any other automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Impersonating 12bajee staff or making contact under a false identity.
• Attempting to damage the platform through cyberattacks, DDoS, or any other means.

12bajee monitors all transactions and gaming activity. If anything suspicious is detected, 12bajee reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

12bajee places the highest importance on protecting members' personal data. Information collected at registration is used solely for the following purposes:

• For account verification and identity confirmation purposes.
• To complete the payment process.
• To send relevant offers and updates (where the member has given consent).
• To meet regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Bets lost or game sessions disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
• Account credentials lost due to the member's own negligence.
• Personal financial losses arising from betting.

If 12bajee is required to temporarily suspend its services for any reason, an advance announcement will be made wherever possible. In emergency situations, this may not always be feasible. In such cases, any affected active bets will be handled in accordance with 12bajee's policies.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute or issue arises, members are encouraged to contact our customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
